This past week was our spring break here in Lehi. The weather was a mixed bag of crazy weather - everything from rain, to snow, to major winds and beautiful perfect days. Typical Utah spring weather. All in all, we did some fun things together and got some home and school projects done. As you can see, we finished off the week with a family ski trip to Alta. We took advantage of their "Free after 3" time that they offer everyday. It was Zach's first time and he LOVED IT! He told me while we were on the lift that this was even better than riding his bike - which he also LOVES to do. So that says a lot. He is very anxious to go next year since Alta officially closes next weekend.
P.S. I took my girls to see Soul Surfer, the story of the 13 year old who's arm was bitten off by a shark while surfing in Hawaii. It is currently in theaters and I can't tell you enough how much a l LOVED the movie. (And it is rated PG!!!) Go see it in the theater if you can. The surfing is awesome on the big screen. The story is absolutely incredible and the fact that it is a true story is unbelievable. We loved the acting and the portrayal of such heroism. Two thumbs up from us!
Looking like a pro!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these pics. Thanks for posting. We were supposed to be there by now, but I'm grateful that we're not with that kind of weather! We have been soaking up the rays in the 70's and 80's here. I'm hoping UT got all that yucky weather out of its system so that it will be beautiful in May :). Can't wait to see you guys in less than 3 weeks. LOVE YOU! Kelli
Looks like a fun ski day. Do you think that movie is OK for kids Logan and Zachs age? I really want to see it and take Logan with me.
