We had a great time camping as a family at Bryce Canyon. Bryce is one of my all time favorite places to visit! It has been over 20 years since I was there last but it is still one of the most amazing places to visit. We rented a trailer and stayed at a campground just outside the park called Ruby's Inn RV and Campground.
While there we hiked the amazing trails through the park, went to a local rodeo (the kid's first!), drove through Zions to St. George, saw Little Mermaid at Tuacahn, and saw a dozen or more hot air balloons inflate in the middle of downtown Panguitch.
As you can see by the photos, we had a WONDERFUL time with my parents and brother. They made it all possible and it was fun to share the memories with. (We missed you Kelli, Woodie, Jackson and Annabelle!!) We look forward to another camping trip and visiting more great places via RV :).

The kids enjoying dinner at the camp sight.
Me and my brother - he's the best!

Down in the slot canyon - it was sooo beautiful!!
And yes, we still had to climb back up!
This cutie-patutie hiked about 5+ miles total with us down through canyon trails and back up. She was such a little trooper!!

Cool little hole in the rock. The kids called them windows. They were all over the place.

Zion's National Park - AMAZING

While in St. George, we visited the Temple grounds. It is such a beautiful Temple. We all enjoyed its beauty (and shade) on that VERY hot night! (103 degrees in case you were wondering.)

The most AMAZING place to see a show!
We had such a great time there.
What can I say? The kids (and us) were SOOOO excited to see this show on stage! I thought Paisley would faint from excitement! We had FANTASTIC seats and enjoyed the show so much!!! (Thanks DAD!)
I LOVE BRYCE!!
OK - this was truly a sight to see! My parents found out about this as they were going through Panguitch just outside of Bryce Canyon. Every June they hold a city festival and end the occasion by inflating and firing up more than a dozen hot air balloons along Main Street and Center Street. We had so much fun seeing them inflate right before our eyes. Once it got dark, it was fun to see them glow.
